User Responsibility
Cold Dead Fingers Armory is not targeted towards children. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this site. By using this site you represent that you are at least 18 years old or are using this site under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian.
You must be at least 21 years of age or older to purchase a handgun, frame, receivers, pistol-grip shotgun, and/or ammunition or ammunition components.
Firearms will not be shipped directly to the buyer it is your responsibility to locate a FFL dealer that you want the items to be shipped to. You will pick the items up from that licensed dealer.
Check all local laws before ordering items from Cold Dead Fingers Armory. By purchasing from Cold Dead Fingers Armory you are assuming all responsibility for the legality of a specific item when you place an order. You are responsible for complying with all firearms and other item laws in your state/area. If you are not sure if the item you are ordering is permitted in your area check with your local law enforcement agency before ordering.
You must provide a valid contact phone number and email where you can be reached should we have any questions regarding your order.

Applicable Law
By placing an order with Cold Dead Fingers Armory, you agree that the items and services ordered will be used only in a lawful manner as intended by the manufacturer. It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws (including minimum age laws) in regards to possession, use and/or the sale of any product purchased on this site.
By using this site you agree that the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these conditions of use. All and any use of the site, you agree that exclusive jurisdiction for resolving any claim or conflict with Cold Dead Fingers Armory resides in the state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
Customer Privacy

Our site has safeguards to help protect the security, integrity, accuracy, and privacy of the personal information we collect.
The information we collect only pertains to your order and items information from your order. The information we collect may be used for advertising purposes, directed to you, the customer.
We do not collect or sell customer information.
We will not give or sell your email address to outside parties. We use your email address for order confirmation, customer questions and our own email advertising for goods and services. If you wish to discontinue receiving our emails you may request to opt out at any time.
All credit card transactions are processed through a secure server with encryption. We do not store credit card numbers in our system once the order is processed. Once your order is completed the credit card numbers are removed from our system to help ensure safety.
Shipping
Once you place an order it will be shipped to the address designated by you, the purchaser, at time of check out. The shipping address must be compliant with any restrictions of the carrier. All purchases made from our site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Based on this, risk of loss and title for products pass onto you upon shipment of the product. If a package is damaged in transit, you are responsible to file claims with the carrier. If a package is lost or damaged in transit notify UPS, FED-EX or USPS. Have your tracking number ready for them to file the claim.
Confirmation, Cancellations and Order Changes
All online orders will be confirmed with the customer via email.
We reserve the right to cancel or limit the order quantity of any product and/or refuse service or fulfillment of any order to any customer.
If your order is reduced or cancelled for any reason you will be refunded for any difference in the payment made.
In the event any Federal Background check is not approved customer will be refunded the price of the gun minus costs to ship the gun back to Cold Dead Fingers Armory plus a $25 restocking fee.
Pricing Information
Prices and product descriptions can change quickly. The products and services listed on the site are subject to change at any time. The inclusion of any products listed on the site at a particular time does not imply or warrant that the items will be in stock at time of order.
Certain measures and weights of products will be available upon ordering. Product weights and descriptions are approximate and help with shipping information. We attempt to ensure that all information on the site is complete, accurate and up to date.
We cannot guarantee that all products, images or pricing information is completely accurate. In the event that there is a pricing error or discrepancy on our site with respect to products or services, we reserve the right to cancel any orders and/or partial orders for those products and/or services.
Firearm Orders
In accordance with Federal Law, Cold Dead Fingers Armory can not and will not ship any firearm to your home or work. By law, firearms must be purchased in our store or shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) dealer of your choice. When you choose to purchase a firearm you will be prompted to pick a FFL to have the item shipped to. It is your responsibility to go to the FFL dealer of your choice to complete the background checks and any other paperwork required to finalize the purchase of the firearm.
Indemnity
When ordering from this site, you hereby indemnify Cold Dead Fingers Armory and it’s affiliates, licensors, directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives, harmless from and against any losses, costs, expenses, or damages and undertake to keep Cold Dead Fingers Armory indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities, expenses or damages, including attorneys fees and court costs, arising from any claim, action, or suit or demand of any third party due to, or arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Breach of Terms and Conditions
If any of these terms and conditions are breached in any way, Cold Dead Fingers Armory may take any such action that we deem appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to our website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.

We strive to keep our services safe, functional and secure, but we do not guarantee the continuous operation, delays omissions, or inaccuracies in the information available on our site.
