Shipping Policies & Procedures

Once your order is placed, it will be shipped to the address you have given us. The shipping address must be compliant with the restrictions of the carrier used on your purchase. All purchases made from our site are made based on risk of loss and the title for products passing on to you upon shipment of the product. If a package is damaged in transit, you are responsible to file claims with the carrier. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, notify UPS, FED EX or USPS. Have your tracking number ready to give them to file the claim.

How We Ship

  • We ship to all 50 states and use United Parcel Services (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS). We ship Monday thru Friday 9am-5pm Eastern Standard Time. Standard orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Custom orders will be shipped within the time frame given at the time of your order. Customers can request other UPS services. Shipping rates are higher for 2nd Day, Next Day or Same Day Service, calculated by the UPS or USPS.
  • All orders are processed in the order they are received.
  • Handguns must be shipped 2nd Day Service either by UPS or USPS. Rates are calculated by UPS/USPS.
  • Alaska and Hawaii customers should contact us for shipping rates.
  • Orders may arrive in more than one box.
  • We offer local truck deliveries within certain routes in Pennsylvania (delivery charges do apply), please feel free to call 724-841-5403 to inquire about delivery routes and rates.

Sales Tax

We are based in Pennsylvania, therefore, we only charge 6% sales tax to PA residents. If you live outside of Pennsylvania, sales tax will be charged according to your city and state.

Order Delivery Information

All shipping times are quoted in business dates, not calendar days.

 

Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

 

Orders will be processed the same day they are made and shipped within the Standard time frame, unless it is a custom order.

 

We do our best to get your package out on time, however the transit times listed are estimated and cannot be guaranteed by Cold Dead Fingers Armory LLC Please plan accordingly.

 

Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska must be shipped UPS 2nd Day Air or Priority Mail.

 

Expedited Shipments- 2nd Day and Next Day must provide a street address. Carrier cannot deliver to a P.O. Box.

 

An email will be sent to you upon shipment listing the tracking number and carrier.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are based on size and weight.

 

Weekends and Holidays will delay shipment.

 

Shipping charges are subject to change without notice.

 

Additional shipping fees may apply for overweight/oversize or hazardous items.

 

We will ship the products the most economical carrier based on the delivery destination and the package size.

 

Adult signature is required for ammunition and firearms.

USPS Priority Mail – Delivery 2-4 days

 

USPS Priority Express – Overnight in most cases

UPS- United Parcel Service

UPS Ground – Delivery 5-7 days

 

UPS 2nd Day – Delivery 2 days

 

UPS 3rd Day Select – Delivery 3 days

 

UPS Next Day – Delivery Next Day

UPS and USPS shipping rates are calculated by the carrier, based on size weight, dimensions and zone to be shipped to.

Exports

We currently do not export any product outside of the United States.

United States Orders (Miscellaneous Shipping Information)

  • Restocking Fee – 15% of order total
  • NSF Fee – $50 per returned EFT
  • We do not ship COD
  • Residential and Commercial rates do vary.
  • Hazardous Material Fee – $37.50 per package. (Note: Different Hazardous Materials CAN NOT ship together such as primers and powder. Hazardous Materials can not ship by air express.)
  • Overweight/Oversize items – Additional charges may apply. This is due to the UPS/USPS DIM charge – Dimensional Weight of a box exceed the actual weight. We will contact you to advise if this DIM fee applies.
  • We will only ship to the address listed. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
  • Defective Items- These must be returned to the manufacturer for repair or refund.
  • You, the customer is responsible to know your state and local laws regarding specific product you may want to order.
  • Certain oversize/overweight items cannot be shipped and must be picked up at or delivered by Cold Dead Fingers Armory LLC.

Return Policy

Cold Dead Fingers Armory LLC accepts returns on any item that is damaged or not working. All returns must be in original packaging and include all parts of the return. Refunds will be given once we receive and inspect your package. All refunds are shipped to us at your cost. If the item needs replacing or repaired we will ship the item back to you at our cost. We do not accept returns on custom items.

Warranty

Cold Dead Fingers Armory LLC does not warrant accessories or items manufactured by other companies. These items can be returned if broken or damaged according to our return policy. Firearms manufactured by other companies are warranted by the manufacturer. These firearms must be returned to the original manufacturer for replacement or repairs.

 

Any firearm manufactured by Cold Dead Fingers Armory LLC has a lifetime warranty. If at any time the firearm begins to malfunction you can contact us and we will repair or replace the item at our cost.
